At Spotime, we want you to be fully satisfied with any subscription you purchase from us. This Refund Policy only applies to payments you make to Spotime for merchant subscription plans. All such payments and any applicable refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
The following purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date:
• Merchant Subscription Plans: If you subscribed to a paid merchant plan and wish to cancel, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription or renewal date, provided that you have not extensively used the premium features during the refund period.
Payments between merchants and their own customers for services are not processed by Spotime or Paddle under this policy. Any refunds for those transactions are handled directly by the merchant under their own terms.
You can request a refund through any of the following methods:
• Email: Send a refund request to support@spotime.ai with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
• Paddle Support: Since Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, you may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
Please include as much detail as possible to help us process your request promptly.
• We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
• Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle.com. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
• Depending on your payment provider (bank or card issuer), it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
• Services already rendered: If you have already received the booked service (e.g., a completed appointment), the payment is generally non-refundable.
• No-show: If you failed to attend a booked appointment without cancelling in advance per the merchant's policy.
• Refund period expired: Requests made after the 14-day refund window.
• Abuse: If we detect patterns of refund abuse, we reserve the right to decline future refund requests and/or restrict account access.
All refund transactions are ultimately processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and refund disbursement in compliance with applicable financial regulations. For payment disputes or chargebacks, Paddle's policies and processes will apply.

以下情況可能無法退款:
• 服務已完成:如果你已接受預約的服務(例如:已完成的預約),該筆付款通常不予退款。
• 未到(No-show):如果你未依商家政策提前取消而未出席預約。
• 退款期限已過:在 14 天退款期限之後提出的申請。
• 濫用行為:如果我們偵測到退款濫用的模式,我們保留拒絕未來退款申請及/或限制帳號存取的權利。
所有退款交易最終由本平台的交易代理商 Paddle.com 處理。Paddle 依照適用的金融法規處理付款、發票開立及退款撥付。如有付款爭議或退單(chargeback),將適用 Paddle 的政策與流程。
