Welcome to Spotime (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated and maintained by the Spotime team ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of all services provided by the Platform, including our mobile application (App) and website. By registering an account or using the Platform's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you make a purchase on the Platform — whether a merchant subscription plan or a consumer booking payment — the transaction is processed by Paddle.com on our behalf. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT collection, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• You must be at least 16 years old to register and use the Platform. Minors under 18 should use the Platform with the consent of a legal guardian.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and update it promptly when changes occur.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. You bear full responsibility for any damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• If you discover unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
The Platform provides a booking marketplace that allows consumers to browse, search, and book services from merchants, while offering merchants tools for appointment management, customer communication, and business operations.
• The Platform acts as a marketplace and does not directly provide the services offered by merchants. The quality, content, and pricing of services are the sole responsibility of each merchant.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform's services at any time without prior notice.
The Platform offers paid services including merchant subscription plans and consumer booking payments. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
• Merchant Subscriptions: Merchants may subscribe to paid plans (monthly or annual) to access premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing may change with reasonable advance notice.
• Consumer Booking Payments: Consumers may be required to pay for bookings at the time of reservation. Payment amounts are determined by the merchant's pricing for the booked service.
• Invoices and Receipts: Paddle.com issues all invoices and receipts. For billing inquiries, you may contact Paddle directly or reach out to us at support@spotime.ai.
• Currency & Taxes: Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Applicable taxes (including VAT/sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle in accordance with local regulations.
• A booking completed through the Platform constitutes a service agreement between you and the merchant.
• Cancellation and modification policies are set by each merchant. Please review the merchant's policies before booking.
• Frequent no-shows or abusive cancellations may result in account restrictions or suspension.
• For refund requests related to booking payments, please refer to our Refund Policy.
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee for eligible purchases. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For full details on eligibility, process, and exceptions, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
When using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following:
• You shall not use the Platform for any illegal activities or activities that infringe upon the rights of others.
• You shall not publish false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to attacking systems or distributing malicious software.
• You shall not scrape, copy, or exploit the Platform's content or data without authorization.
• You shall not impersonate another person or falsely represent a merchant.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, code, trademarks, logos, and interface designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• The Platform provides a marketplace service only. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by merchants.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.
• We may assist in communications between users and merchants regarding service disputes, but we are not obligated to mediate or arbitrate.
• You may request to deactivate or delete your account at any time via "Settings" > "Account Management" in the App.
• If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or remove any merchant account, merchant listing, or merchant-submitted content (including but not limited to business profiles, service descriptions, images, and pricing information) at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or applicable laws and regulations; (b) fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive business practices; (c) receipt of excessive consumer complaints or disputes; (d) failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date business information; (e) inactivity for an extended period; (f) conduct that may harm the reputation, safety, or integrity of the Platform or its users; or (g) any other reason we deem necessary to protect the interests of the Platform, its users, or the public.
• Merchants whose accounts or listings are suspended or removed will be notified via the email address or contact information associated with their account. Merchants may submit an appeal by contacting us at support@spotime.ai within thirty (30) days of the suspension notice.
• After account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform's services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

本平台的訂單流程由我們的線上經銷商 Paddle.com 處理。Paddle.com 是本平台所有訂單的交易代理商(Merchant of Record)。Paddle 負責處理所有客戶服務查詢及退貨事宜。
當你在本平台進行任何購買——無論是商家訂閱方案或消費者預約付款——交易均由 Paddle.com 代為處理。Paddle 負責付款處理、開立發票、銷售稅/加值稅收取,以及遵循適用的金融法規。
• 你須年滿 16 歲方可註冊並使用本平台的服務。未滿 18 歲之未成年人應在法定代理人同意下使用本平台服務。
• 註冊時應提供真實、正確、完整的個人資料,並於資料變更時及時更新。
• 你應妥善保管帳號及密碼,不得將帳號提供予他人使用。因帳號遭他人使用所導致的損害,由你自行承擔責任。
• 如你發現帳號遭未經授權使用,應立即通知本平台。
本平台提供預約媒合服務,讓消費者能夠瀏覽、搜尋商家資訊並進行線上預約,同時為商家提供預約管理、客戶溝通等經營工具。
• 本平台作為媒合平台,不直接提供商家的實際服務內容。商家所提供的服務品質、內容與價格,由各商家自行負責。
• 本平台有權隨時新增、變更或終止部分或全部服務內容,無須事先通知。
本平台提供付費服務,包括商家訂閱方案及消費者預約付款。所有付款均由本平台的交易代理商 Paddle.com 處理。
• 商家訂閱:商家可訂閱付費方案(月繳或年繳)以使用進階功能。訂閱將於每個計費週期結束時自動續約,除非在續約日前取消。價格變動將提前合理通知。
• 消費者預約付款:消費者在預約時可能需要支付費用。付款金額依商家所設定的服務價格為準。
• 發票與收據:所有發票與收據由 Paddle.com 開立。如有帳單相關問題,你可直接聯繫 Paddle 或透過 support@spotime.ai 與我們聯繫。
• 幣別與稅務:價格可能以你當地的貨幣顯示。適用稅金(包括加值稅/銷售稅)由 Paddle 依照當地法規計算並收取。
• 透過本平台完成的預約,視為你與商家之間的服務約定。
• 預約的取消、變更規則依各商家的設定為準,請於預約前詳閱商家的相關規定。
• 頻繁未到(No-show)或惡意取消預約,本平台有權限制或暫停你的帳號使用。
• 有關預約付款的退款申請,請參閱本平台的退款政策。
我們為符合條件的購買提供 14 天退款保證。退款由本平台的交易代理商 Paddle.com 處理。有關退款資格、流程及例外情況的完整說明,請參閱本平台的退款政策頁面。
使用本平台服務時,你同意遵守以下規範:
• 不得利用本平台從事任何違法或侵害他人權益的行為。
• 不得發布虛假、誤導性或不當的內容。
• 不得以任何方式干擾本平台的正常運作,包括但不限於攻擊系統、散布惡意程式等。
• 不得未經授權擷取、複製或利用本平台的內容或資料。
• 不得冒用他人身份或假冒商家進行活動。
本平台上的所有內容,包括但不限於文字、圖片、程式碼、商標、標誌及介面設計,均受智慧財產權法律保護。未經本平台書面授權,不得以任何方式複製、散布、修改或公開展示上述內容。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內:
• 本平台僅提供媒合服務,對於商家所提供的服務品質、安全性及合法性不負擔保責任。
• 本平台不保證服務不會中斷或完全無錯誤,對於因系統維護、網路故障或不可抗力因素所導致的服務中斷,不負賠償責任。
• 對於使用者與商家之間因服務產生的任何爭議,本平台得協助溝通但不負調解或仲裁之義務。
• 你可隨時在 App 的「設定」>「帳號管理」中申請停用或刪除帳號。
• 如你違反本條款的任何規定,本平台有權暫停或終止你的帳號,並不另行通知。
• 本平台保留在任何時間、無須事先通知的情況下,依其單方判斷暫停、停用或移除任何商家帳號、商家刊登資訊或商家提交之內容(包括但不限於商家簡介、服務說明、圖片及價格資訊)的權利。上述處置之事由包括但不限於:(a) 違反本條款或適用法令;(b) 從事詐欺、誤導或不實之商業行為;(c) 遭受過多消費者投訴或爭議;(d) 未維持正確且即時更新之商家資訊;(e) 長期未使用帳號;(f) 其行為可能損害本平台或其使用者之聲譽、安全或完整性;或 (g) 本平台認為有必要保護平台、使用者或公眾利益之其他事由。
• 遭暫停或移除帳號或刊登資訊之商家,將透過其帳號所登記之電子郵件或聯絡方式收到通知。商家得於收到暫停通知後三十(30)日內,透過 support@spotime.ai 聯繫我們提出申訴。
• 帳號終止後,你的個人資料將依本平台的隱私權政策進行處理。
本條款的解釋與適用,以中華民國法律為準據法。如因本條款或本平台服務發生任何爭議,雙方應先以善意協商解決;協商不成時,同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
